WHA GROUP Met Investors, and Announced Business Expansion to Cash in on Thailand's Reopening

Mr. Natthapatt Tanboon-ek, Chief Financial Officer of WHA Corporation Plc (WHA Group), presented the company’s financial information during the SET Opportunity Day at WHA Tower, following the recent announcement of Q1/2022 performance showing total revenue and share of profits at THB 2,182.2 million and net profit of THB 656.1 million. The company is ready to expand its business locally and internationally to answer growing customer demand for warehouses and land to build factories, to serve business expansion after the country’s reopening. It expects to close deals with major e-commerce customers for the rent of Built-to-Suit projects representing 35,000 square meters. Sales will be realized from the backlog of land ownership transfers of over 400 rai. This reflects continuous investor confidence in the company.
